This is a psychoeducation/ process group that meets for 90 minutes weekly for 5 weeks. It is a virtual/ closed group. Potential members MUST go through an initial screening appointment.
This group is co-ed, for ages 25 and up, who have experienced hurt or abuse in a church setting.

"Low Key" DBT
Dialectical Behavior Therapy combines CBT and mindfulness practices to improve your quality of life by teaching skills in distress tolerance, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. These skills can help you better understand your emotions, build radical acceptance, stay present in the moment, and communicate boundaries.
This group provides a trauma-focused, neurodiverse-friendly, and overall less intense (i.e. "low key") approach to learning and processing DBT skills.

The Confidence Gap A VIRTUAL PROCESSING GROUP FOR WOMEN
Imagine how you feel when you are the most confident. Do you ever wish that feeling was more accessible to you?
This group is designed for adult women (18+) looking to develop a deeper understanding of self-esteem. Learn how to assert confidence and communally process the challenges of sustaining confidence as a woman. In this group, we will explore the societal and relational roles at play that may be impacting your self-esteem. We will develop tools for the creation and maintenance of confidence, as well as encourage each other in a safe and supportive environment as we walk together through the journey of creating self-esteem as women.

First Responders Partner's Group
Are you the spouse or partner of a first responder? This includes police, fire, EMS, and dispatch. This support group is designed around the unique needs of the first responder family and what it means to support a partner working in a high stress environment. We hope you will join us to learn about the psychology of the job, normalize some of your experiences, take away some tools, and feel encouraged by connecting with others in a supportive and safe environment.
